At AHF KIDS OFFICIAL, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms below.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund requests submitted after this period.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or tags.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (unless the product arrives damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
